Yep - this is me - if ya wanna know more about what makes me tick - this is your chance.
I am a dreamer, a poet, a lover, a survivor ... I live in
Northwest Indiana, and have for all my life. I'll be 28 this
summer and currently live with a brothers, a sister-in-law, a
nephew, a 1/2 brother, my mother and a dog named Nala.
Yeah - It's a housefull!
My mother is disabled
and we all depend upon each other to get by in life. My parents
divorced when I was about 18. I was sexually molested as a
child by my oldest brother. My family's past is not the
greatest and I have overcome many obstacles that were put in my path
growing up.
I enjoy web design a lot, and am happy to be able to share my talents with others. I have been designing sites off and on for about 6 years. I have been making web graphics for about 3 years. They go hand in hand :) I also write A LOT of poetry. Poetry is my outlet and my escape. Many times it has helped me release the emotion that would otherwise destroy my life. It is my salvation.
I take great care in designing my sites - trying to keep in mind
all the different browser's and scripting available.
I do offer means of viewing my sites without the use of frames. However, I
find frames very useful at times.
I have come a long way since when I first started and am always looking to
improve upon my technique.
I have 2 older brothers. *yes, I am the youngest, and the only girl* :) I have 5 nieces and nephews with another on the way. I enjoy kids, and look forward to having my own someday. Not sure if that is in the stars for me - but one must have wishes right?
I love the fantasy world and always have. Unicorns, dragons, fae, wizzards ... they all hold a special place in my heart and soul. Imagination is what makes life exciting and magical.
I do suffer from bouts of depression due to my past even though I have overcome most of the emotional trauma. I am a free spirited, spontaneous woman - who isn't afraid to go after what it is I want. I enjoy having a good time and being quite "silly" at times. Laughter can be the best medicine!
I am a huge fan of Nip/Tuck and Lost. I also love Harry
Potter, more the books than the movies. I love scary movies
and books, must say I'm a Horror fan. I love the ghostly
things that go bump in the night.
